Do you know a young adult that would like to spend a week in Washington DC?

The Bill of Rights Institute is pleased to offer 2 FULL scholarships (each a $3,000 value) for  New Mexico students to attend the Constitutional Academy this summer. This premier program for high school students to study the Constitution will be held in Washington, D.C. July 9-14, 2012. The program explores the Founding principles of limited government, freedom of religion, and economic liberty to name a few. While in D.C. students will explore the Capitol, Mount Vernon, the National Archives, and other sites while in D.C. and have reading discussions with college professors.

EIB repeals NM Green House Gas Cap and Trade

New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board has unanimously moved to repeal rule 350 which is the Cap and Trade rule that was put in place 15 months ago by the EIB.
